About Me
Hi, I’m Lindsay! I can’t wait to help you transform into FlowState.
At the beginning of 2026, life looked successful from the outside. I was working in my dream role at a nonprofit healthcare organization where I had earned three executive-level promotions in just three years. I was leading enterprise-wide, multi-site implementations while also developing career paths for my team. I loved the work, the mission, and the impact we were making.
But somewhere along the way, being “everything to everyone” stopped feeling like a compliment and started feeling unsustainable. My days became filled with nonstop meetings, constant demands, and competing priorities that left little time for meaningful collaboration, mentoring, or even completing my own work. By the time I got home, I had nothing left to give my family. That’s when I began to question whether the same systems I used to create operational efficiency across organizations could also create a more sustainable and energized way of working for leaders and teams. I decided to find out, and what I built in the process became the foundation for something larger than my own personal story.Â
So in July of 2026, I launched FlowForward and created The FlowState Transformation Path. Drawing from more than two decades of operational leadership experience, I built a framework designed to transform operational complexity into sustainable flow, alignment, and performance. By combining proven systems, practical implementation strategies, and a collaborative community of operational leaders, the approach helps organizations create healthier ways to scale without exhausting their people. What started as a personal search for balance became a new way to rethink operational leadership altogether.
Today, organizations using The FlowState Transformation Path are experiencing a more connected and sustainable way of operating. Teams are moving from reactive chaos to proactive execution, leaders are regaining capacity, and employees feel more energized and aligned with the mission behind their work. Instead of growth creating burnout, organizations are learning how to scale with intention and clarity. And for me, the greatest reward is seeing operational leaders realize they no longer have to sacrifice themselves to build meaningful impact.
